Please note, anyone choosing to enter online will be required to pay online at the end of the process for the classes entered.

When making payment, please ensure you enter the name EXACTLY as shown on your card and the postcode of the address where the card statement is sent to.

Our payment system uses these details to verify your card and payment will not be accepted unless these are entered correctly. In addition, the system uses pop-up windows to complete your payment details so please disable any pop-up blockers in your browser to ensure your payment and entries are completed successfully.

You will find that the option still exists to download the relevant entry form(s) and post your entry fees back to the Show Secretary.

COLLECTION OF THE EXHIBITS FROM 4.30pm

1. All exhibits must be the unaided work of the competitor and can be brought to the Show partly or already assembled.
2. An exhibit is composed of natural plant material, with or without accessories, contained within a space specified in the Show Schedule. Backgrounds, bases, containers, drapes, exhibit titles and mechanics may also be included in an exhibit, unless otherwise stated. More than one placement may also be included, unless otherwise stated. In all exhibits natural plant material should predominate.
3. a Entries must be on an official Entry Form accompanied by the appropriate fee.
3. b A competitor may enter more than one exhibit in each class.
3. c ENTRY FEES ARE £1 FOR EACH FLORAL ART ENTRY
4. Tabling height approximately 2ft 3in from floor, covered in navy material.
5. Removal of exhibits will take place after 4.00pm on Saturday 26 July 2025.
6. All classes judged in accordance with the NAFAS Competitions Manual 4th Edition 2023.
7. Exhibits can be staged between 2.00pm to 6.00pm on Friday 25 July 2025.
8. Judging will take place at 6.30pm on Friday 25 July 2025.
9. Exhibits may be submitted, already assembled.

THE GETTY PERPETUAL CHALLENGE CUP will be awarded to the best overall exhibit in Section.

THE TAYLOR TROPHY will be awarded to the best exhibit from a member of the YFC.

THE MR & MRS C.G. BLACKBOURNE TROPHY will be awarded to the winner of the Open Class.

THE HELEN ROSS SILVER SALVER will be awarded to the winner of the Novice/Beginners Class.
