'Open' Classes

Welcome. We look forward to receiving your entries to Antrim Show.

Please note, anyone choosing to enter online will be required to pay online at the end of the process for the classes entered.

When making payment, please ensure you enter the name EXACTLY as shown on your card and the postcode of the address where the card statement is sent to.

Our payment system uses these details to verify your card and payment will not be accepted unless these are entered correctly. In addition, the system uses pop-up windows to complete your payment details so please disable any pop-up blockers in your browser to ensure your payment and entries are completed successfully.

You will find that the option still exists to download the relevant entry form(s) and post your entry fees back to the Show Secretary.

FANE VALLEY FEEDS SUPREME PEDIGREE BEEF CHAMPIONSHIP

Best pedigree Beef Animal (male or female) in the Show.
Breed Champions ONLY to compete for Supreme Championship
Remaining Breed Champions plus the Reserves in the Supreme Champion will compete.

Winners of Breed Champions who do not present in the
Champion of Champions will forfeit their championship prize money.

  • Class 040

    PEDIGREE BEEF COW CHAMPIONSHIP
    Pedigree beef cows of all breeds entered in beef classes.

    All exhibits in classes 40 - 43 must be entered in appropriate classes at show. Entries must be made prior to the Show. Rosettes must be removed before animals enter the ring. (Teeth may be inspected by the Chief Steward.)

  • Class 041

    PEDIGREE BEEF PAIRS CHAMPIONSHIP
    Pair of pedigree animals entered in beef classes.

    All exhibits in classes 40 - 43 must be entered in appropriate classes at show. Entries must be made prior to the Show. Rosettes must be removed before animals enter the ring. (Teeth may be inspected by the Chief Steward.)

    Note: Where animal names are unknown at time of entry, please enter "A1" & "A2" in place of the animal names on entry form to allow processing

    PEDIGREE BEEF HEIFER DERBY
    Pedigree heifers of all breeds born on or after 1st January 2023.

    All exhibits in classes 40 - 43 must be entered in appropriate classes at show. Entries must be made prior to the Show. Rosettes must be removed before animals enter the ring. (Teeth may be inspected by the Chief Steward.)

    PEDIGREE BEEF BULL STAKES
    Pedigree bulls of all breeds born on or after 1st January 2024.

    All exhibits in classes 40 - 43 must be entered in appropriate classes at show. Entries must be made prior to the Show. Rosettes must be removed before animals enter the ring. (Teeth may be inspected by the Chief Steward.)

    INTERBREED BEEF YOUNG HANDLER COMPETITION
    Leader aged under 13 on day of Show.
    Animals to be under 18 months at date of Show.

    Note: Enter details of Young Handler instead of animal details. (Name & Date of Birth)

    Non-Members: £3 | Members: £3

    INTERBREED BEEF YOUNG HANDLER COMPETITION
    Handler aged 13 - 18 on day of Show.
    Animals to be under 18 months at date of Show.
