Please note, anyone choosing to enter online will be required to pay online at the end of the process for the classes entered.

When making payment, please ensure you enter the name EXACTLY as shown on your card and the postcode of the address where the card statement is sent to.

Our payment system uses these details to verify your card and payment will not be accepted unless these are entered correctly. In addition, the system uses pop-up windows to complete your payment details so please disable any pop-up blockers in your browser to ensure your payment and entries are completed successfully.

You will find that the option still exists to download the relevant entry form(s) and post your entry fees back to the Show Secretary.

This Competition will be judged on Friday 25 July 2025 at 6.30pm. Exhibits can be staged between 2pm and 5pm on Friday afternoon.

PRIZE MONEY
Per Individual Article 1st £5, 2nd £3, 3rd £2. Team Prize 1st £15, 2nd £10, 3rd £5.

The Antrim WI Tyrone Crystal Rose Bowl will be presented to the winning team. Cups will be presented to the individual exhibitor of the best baked item and the best craft item.

Each individual Women’s Institute may put forward the work of one team, all of whom must be members of that Institute. A display comprising five articles, each of which must be made by a team member, are to be staged.

The Judges will select a 1st, 2nd and 3rd for each element and also for presentation. Points will be awarded accordingly. 1st - 5 points, 2nd - 3 points and 3rd - 1 point. The Team with the most points wins.

Items to be displayed on a table (ie card/picnic table). Tables will NOT be provided.

Display to contain the following:

1. A summer shawl (corcheted or handknit)
2. A decorated glass jar filled with crocheted or knitted flowers
3. A fat free sponge (whole sponge to be exhibited)
4. 4 scones (any one variety)
5. A dish of strawberry jam

Please Note: The key items and props used in the display must fit on a square/rectangular table, not exceeding 85cm x 85cm.
